A Better Moon Halo

Last month I photographed a portion of a moon halo with my Android phone. It was an ok picture, but I was more excited that I had finally caught one.

Tonight there was another one and I was able to borrow my wife's iPhone to photograph it. It turns out iPhones have a wider field of view and can capture the whole halo.

I really like this image, and love that orions belt is sneaking into the image as well.
